Easter Holiday Arrangements

Wednesday 31st March is the last day of the Spring Term.

Track and Trace during the Easter Holiday Break

Once we do close, any child who was in school on Wednesday and then develops symptoms on or before Friday 2nd April 2021 and then tests positive for COVID-19, must be reported to enable us to track and trace close contacts and ask them to isolate. Please email admin@parklane.brent.sch.uk with the following details:

Your child’s name

Your child’s class

The day you developed symptoms.

The date the test was taken.

When you received the test result.

 

If they develops symptoms on Saturday 3rd April or later, there is no need to inform us. You should follow the normal rules on self-isolation
