• International Week

  Park Lane Primary School is celebrating International week from Monday 5th to Friday 9th July.  The curriculum focus of this week will look at the effects of the pandemic on the world,  and in years 3 to 6, the children will produce a case study on one of the countries that has been worse  by the pandemic.  We have also made a change to the school dinner menu for the week when each day the food served will be focusing on a specific country, please see the following menus.

   

  If your child doesn't normally have school dinners, this may be the perfect opportunity to allow them to join in all the fun!

  

• Core values development

  Ben, a Youth Engagement Officer with the Met Police, has been working with 17 of our year 6 pupils in the lead up to their big move to Secondary School.  The children have been participating in rugby and multi skills sports where they can develop core values including: teamwork, respect, discipline and sportsmanship.
