Information technology is increasingly important in our society as a tool for learning and communication - it is also very enabling for the children! We are fortunate at Park Lane Primary School to have computers and ipads that allows whole classes to be taught simultaneously.

In addition, each classroom is networked, giving all the children access to the internet through the London Grid for Learning (LGfL) via classroom laptops, ipads and the Clevertouch interactive touchscreen. We also have two portable trolleys containing Laptops which can be used in classes across our school. This allows the children to use and practice the skills they have learnt in the Learning zone to support and enrich the different subjects within the curriculum.
